We are industry professionals who worked in Investment Banking, Business Development, Risk and Strategy, with extensive experience as venture investors and growth specialists for start-ups and scale-ups. As generalists, we know the growing pains and challenges of companies and how to develop tailored solutions for management teams.
Tony Zabel
My name is Tony Zabel and I'm Co-Founder & Partner at HAZA Capital. I call myself a radical generalist with a passion for strategy and data. I enjoy working with founders scaling great businesses across various industries.
Alongside HAZA Capital, I'm Head of Risk & Strategy at Myos, working across all business units to establish specific plans, deliverables, and measurable objectives in order to drive progress and achieve desired results, while also having a key focus on Machine Learning enabling easy growth financing for merchants globally.
Prior, I helped scaling the Australian based FinTech Beforepay from Series-A to IPO within 18 Months, increasing Revenues from 4m AUD - 20m AUD ARR, with my core responsibilities ranging from ML Risk, Finance, Analytics and Strategy across the whole company.
Namdar Hazrati
I'm Namdar Hazrati, Co-Founder & Partner at HAZA Capital. I'm focused on applying and implementing commercial and value driven mindsets across teams to create value in nurturing growth of early stage corporates.
While being a Co-Founder of HAZA Capital Im engaged as a Business development Manager at Penta, a hyper growth FinTech and challenger bank for SMEs.
Prior for 6 years I held various positions across the Corporate and Investment Bank of Deutsche Bank AG within Germany and Japan providing
Advisory & Origination for MNCs (mainly FinTech, energy and automotive industry throughout DACH, EMEA, Americas corridor with subsidiaries in Japan.
Working closely with C-Level Management and end users providing long term business solutions as well as industrial/market/technological thought leadership accelerating growth and working capital management.
